clean room, comfortable bed & had a relaxing sleep overall. concierge staff are friendly and helpful particularly the lady who assisted us during our late check-in. Great breakfast, would love to have more vegetarian options such as fresh salads and fruits. We love that there is an outdoor bar/ patio where we can have a view of part of Gran Via and the city & have a portable heating while having our drinks.

Central location, easy walking distance to all the main sights of the city. Very friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant. The view from our room was beautiful. Breakfast had a nice selection and a terrace to eat on. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city and a small pool where you can relax. In the evening, the roof terrace turns into a trendy bar. Good soundproofing and natural sun light in the room.

Location is perfect, right in the middle of busy Gran Vía, but inside you won't notice any of the outside noise with closed windows. Staff at the reception and breakfast buffet were super nice. Breakfast was delicious, I would however not book it again for the whole stay of five days as for that duration I found there was not enough variation. Room was beautiful and cozy. I am not a big fan of the bathroom being integrated into the room but that is a matter of taste for sure. Some furniture pieces in the hotel (for example some of the chairs in the breakfast area) were a bit battered but overall I loved the interior. Would definitely book again.

It exceeded expectations as a 3 star hotel. All staff, from the door to breakfast, to housekeeping, to reception were excellent. The design is fun and feels luxurious. Breakfast was delicious. Location is perfect. Rooftop is excellent - pool and bar…great place to watch the sunset over Madrid with a cocktail!

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The location is less than 5 minutes away from 2 central metro stations and located only 10 minutes away on foot from all of the main sites to see in Madrid. The staff were very friendly and all so accommodating. Nothing was too much for them. The hotel itself is clean and you have the option for your room to be cleaned everyday, even for a short stay. The rooms were very spacious and modern and the bed was one of the most comfortable we ever had in a hotel. Some people have commented on the noise, but we had absolutely no trouble with this. The rooms are soundproofed so the noise from the main street was minimal. There are also staff at the front door to welcome you in, even at 1 o’clock in the morning so it felt very safe and secure. The rooftop terrace was also amazing, the views were fantastic and the drinks are a very reasonable price if you are staying at the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, so much selection and for a great price. We would definitely recommend adding the breakfast on as it really helped us to start our day right. Overall, a fantastic stay, we were very impressed with this hotel and will definitely be coming back in the future.

This prime location made exploring Madrid incredibly convenient, allowing me to immerse myself in the city’s culture without the hassle of long commutes. Upon entering my room, I was immediately impressed by its cleanliness and modern aesthetic. The room was impeccably maintained, with crisp linens, spotless surfaces, and a fresh, inviting ambiance. The attention to detail in housekeeping was evident and greatly appreciated, as it ensured a comfortable and hygienic environment throughout my stay. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, a well-stocked minibar, and a sleek, functional bathroom. The décor was stylish yet cozy, creating a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing.
